Roman possesses over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (both at affiliate and regional levels) with over 32 product launches under his belt. As a market access specialist and team leader, Roman acquired extensive knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas, including: diabetes, immunology, inflammatory conditions (e.g., Lupus, IBD, RA), hematology, oncology (including radiopharmaceuticals), ophthalmology, and rare diseases. 

Roman's experience encompasses access strategy development (pricing, HTA, funding negotiations), supporting tender business and managing stakeholder relations. His passion lies in identifying, supporting and partnering on solutions that enhance quality of life and improve access to medications in a sustainable manner - this is his driving force.

Joyce Tanner Master of Health Informatics, BScMRS, HBScTox

Medical Writer/Reimbursement Analyst

Joyce is a reimbursement professional with expertise in health informatics (data management, analytics, and emerging technologies). Her experience is complemented by a strong foundation in drug reimbursement strategy, as well as 5+ years of frontline healthcare experience at UHN (University Health Network). 

Joyce is proficient in coordinating and co-creating dossier submissions for clients, conducting pricing research, medical writing (clinical evidence and executive summaries), and developing budget impact models and reports. 

Joyce holds a Master of Health Informatics from the University of Waterloo and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biomedical Toxicology from the University of Guelph, alongside a B.Sc. in Medical Radiation Science from the University of Toronto. She is passionate about bridging healthcare delivery with data-driven solutions to enhance patient access and system efficiency.
